All enquiries on lost luggage are handled in our call center at T1D at no cost to the the public. Personalized lost luggage retrieval and delivery facilitation can also be arranged through our call center.
Passengers booked with us upon landing at JKIA exit the airport after immigration without waiting for the luggage at the baggage belts. Our baggage dedicated teams retrieve the luggage, clear through customs and deliver it to the passengers preferred address. Passengers with long layover in Nairobi will now have an option of storing their luggage at our Terminal 1D CCTV controlled storage room. All luggage stored with us is subjected to security scanning and weight checks prior to acceptance.
